Flat Rate: $75 per head | Private Label: $100 | Seasoning: $10
Slaughter: $100 | Over 800lb carcass: $150
Slaughter of over 30 month beef: $25 extra
Processing: $0.75/lb. | Single item packages: $0.85/lb
Private Labeling: $1.00/lb (due to extra USDA regs)
Splitting Charge (half of a half): $20 per side
Slaughter: $75 | 300lb. and up: $80 | Scalding: $125
Processing: $0.70/lb. | Private Label: $1.00/lb.
Sausage in casing: $2.50/lb (finger link, Italian, hot & sweet)
$1.50/lb. Slicing and packaging not included.
